We put down our own dust sheet to ensure there is no mess.

Cleaned cold, without harsh chemicals
We only use non-caustic and non-toxic products in your home. They are biodegradable and environmentally friendly, with no fumes or odours.

Door, glass and racks
Inside and outside of the door, between the glass panels where it isn't a sealed unit, plus all the Brightwork and racks.

As soon as we have finished you can use your oven. A standard single oven takes up to 45 mins.

What area do you cover?
I am based in Sudbury but cover all areas of Suffolk and the Suffolk/Essex borders.
Do you use dangerous chemicals?
No, we only use non-caustic and non-toxic products in your home. These are all biodegradable and environmentally friendly, with no fumes or odours.
Can I use my oven straight away?
Yes, as soon as we have finished you can use your oven.
Are you fully insured?
Yes, we have full insurance cover.
Do you carry spares?
We do carry spare bulbs and extractor filters.
Will my oven need power for you to clean it?
No, we can only clean your oven if it is cold. We do not heat the oven up.
Can you clean between the glass doors?
Yes. We can clean inside and outside of the door, and if it is not a sealed unit we will clean between the glass panels.
Will you need to use my sink?
We carry everything we need, although we may need to rinse our cloths, if you could spare a little warm water.
Do you cover the floor?
Yes, we will put down our own dust sheet to ensure there is no mess.
How often should I get my oven cleaned?
It depends how often it is used and what is cooked in it. We recommend every 6-12 months.
How can I pay?
We accept cash or card payments.
Can I trust your cleaning operatives?
Yes, we are fully trained.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size of your oven, but a standard single oven should take up to 45 mins.
